Phoebe from Closet Core is a modern yet timeless double-breasted coat with a cocoon shape. Fully lined, it has a dramatic notched collar and lapel that can also be worn closed to keep out drafts. Dropped shoulders, roomy two-piece sleeves and an oversized fit allow comfortable layering over bulky winter clothes.
