Ikatee Roma dress 6m-24m

Roma is a pretty casual or chic dress size 6 months to 24 months which is fully lined for comfort. It has a buttoned-down back opening and a high waist supported by a belted band. Using another fabric at the waistband or the addition of piping gives a nice contrast.
