Maison Fauve Niki dress/blouse

This pattern will allow you to make multiple pieces: a fabulous top in jacquard or tencel that will give a couture look to your favourite jeans, a pretty trapeze dress easy to sew and wear, and a second skating dress with a beautiful skirt that twirls sublime in a fluid and light fabric that you will have the possibility to belt (or not) to underline the waist. 

The soft and feminine dancer neckline and rounded sleeves are inspired by the artist Niki de Saint Phalle.

A/Version blouse and trapeze dress

CHOICE OF FABRIC: jacquard or light wool, crepe, tencel.

SUPPLIES: the fabric pfor a width of 140

• 200 cm of fabric in 34-46 and 300 cm in 48-56 for the dress version
• 140 cm of fabric in 34-46 and 260 cm in 48-56 for the blouse version
• 2 buttons approx. 12 mm
• iron-on sticker for front and back

B/ Dress version with skating skirt and ties

CHOICE OF FABRIC: crepe, viscose, cotton linen, silk.

SUPPLIES: the fabric for a width of 140 cm

• 260 cm from 34 to 46 and 330 cm from 48 to 56
• 2 buttons approx. 12 mm

SEWING LEVEL: intermediate, the technical points are the darts and the sleeve (complicated for a beginner but if you have already sewn simple clothes the pattern is the opportunity to discover these new steps).
