True Bias Southport dress

The Southport dress is designed to double as a coverup at the beach and a dress for around town. It has a button opening at centre front and a drawstring waist with inseam pockets. View A hits 20" below the waist. View B is maxi length, hitting 42" below the waist and includes a centre front slit. 

Fabric: lightweight woven fabrics with movement such as cotton voile, rayon challis, crepe de chine, lightweight linen and gauze. 

Notions: coordinating thread, 3 yards single fold 1/2" bias tape, 1/4 yard lightweight fusible interfacing, four 1/4" - 3/8" buttons, safety pin.
